Color selector, as a kind of loss-less separation equipment used for quality inspection and grading of bulk materials, is widely used in grain, video, pigment, chemical engineering and other industries. As for the effect of separation of reprocessed PVC sheets, plastic particles, corns, various beans & rice, ore, hot pepper, pepper, garlic puree, melon seeds, raisin, seeds, traditional Chinese medicines, dried shrimps, dried small shrimps, silver anchovy and special materials which are difficult in separation, it is obvious.
Characteristics:
1、Colorful high-resolution CCD image acquisition system
With colorful CCD image acquisition system adopted, complete acquisition of red, green and blue information on the materials can be achieved, color selector has the sensibility as that of human eyes, and the selection of materials can be more accurate and close to the requirements;
The maximum resolution ratio can reach 0.15mm, and fine flaws and spots on the raw materials can be recognized accurately. The specialized high-precision lens can guarantee clear and accurate images.
2、Flexible and variable light sources
It is equipped with a heat-radiating type LED illuminating system which is featured with long service life, low energy consumption and excellent performance.
Different spectrum illuminations are needed for different raw materials. Light sources are customized as per customers' demands.
3、Special image processing algorithm
According to the characteristics of materials, an algorithm combined with shape and color is adopted.
As for materials with complex colors, color space after HSV conversion is adopted for separation, which is more visualized and accurate.
4、Special feed chute
Special anodizing process can guarantee output as well as quality of top level.
Waterfall plate and narrow chute channel can be provided, which can meet color sorting of various materials.
5、High-quality solenoid valve
High-quality solenoid valve, with high frequency, extremely long service life and extremely low gas consumption, can guarantee large output, as well as low take-out ratio, failure rate and energy consumption; solenoid valves with different sizes are adopted as per different sizes of granular materials.
6、Easy learning and operation
Concise design of optical system, accurate automatic correction system, as well as well-designed human-machine interface make it much easier to conduct equipment commissioning and operation, and ensure easy learning and operation.
